For a long time, the favorite holiday in our home has been Christmas Eve. After moving to Texas from Louisiana in 1997, because we didn't have family here, the tradition began that our family got in the kitchen and cooked together on Christmas Eve. We would invite our friends over to celebrate with a few drinks and great food. Some of the favorites were seafood gumbo and shrimp and corn bisque.
When Mark decided to retire from the oil industry in 2014 and Jason being a culinary school graduate, we decided to take the plunge and do something we all loved together! Thru this business, we have met and served thousands of wonderful people. We feel honored to have been chosen to cater some of the most important days in their lives!
A promise we made ourselves when we started this business, is to treat people the way we wanted to be treated and give people the most for their money. Dottie is a master at working within your budget. Whether your party is small or large, Goat's Mobile Catering will provide you with outstanding food and excellent service. Our mobile kitchen allows us to serve food in many places that other caterers can not.

Growing up in Lafayette, Louisiana, I always had a passion for cooking Cajun cuisine for family and friends. December 1997, I was transferred to Katy, Texas were I was introduced to BBQ and TexMex and I introduced my fellow Texans to true Cajun cuisine. After 41 years in the Oil and Gas industry and having catered part time for many of my customers and friends over the years, I started Goat's Mobile Catering, LLC, a mobile catering business in Montgomery, TX specializing in Southern Style Cuisine.
